about me

I've been in the mental health field for 15 years, and let me say this: I love being a therapist. I love the privilege of being with someone who expresses something big for the first time, or has a new insight that changes how they see everything - that's beautiful, and I'm here for it.

Is therapy hard? Yes! Can therapy be silly and awkward and life-changing? Also yes! If you're brave enough to take risks and dig into the hard stuff, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

What I’m about:

  • anti-racist

  • sex-positive

  • supportive of all relationship types, including open, polyamorous, and kinky

  • LGBTQ+ affirmative

  • fat-positive/anti-diet

When I’m not working, I’m dreaming about my next trip and hanging out with my adorable family. I love to read and do other nerdy shit like crosswords, jigsaw puzzles and embroidery. I’m working hard to learn how to not kill all my plants. And here’s a picture of the world’s cutest dog, Pancake Annie:
